We had a very pleasant experience working with Devin. He was informative, kind, and very easy to work with. The selling process was quick and easy. They were gracious enough to give us 60 days to move out of our home. Also, our house is in pretty bad shape, and we were selling as is. They never asked us to fix anything. The offer was fair, and are very happy with what we received. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house fast, or are in a difficult situation.

Like so many people, I was skeptical of the post cards stating "I want to buy your property." But I called Devin and he proposed a fair offer and within days I had a check for the amount promised!
