The woman working the counter this morning today March 22, 2021 followed me outside and chewed me out after giving her $5 for fuel. She was upset because she told me I had to wait inside while she activated the pump. I have never had this happen to me. Following me outside to yell at me about waiting at the counter while she counted to 5 was unaccepable. My business filled all of our vehicles there but I will never return. As a 20 yr local I have already had bad experiences at this gas station but this will be the last one. Kum and Go from here on.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced... also held $75 on my card after I filled up my tank for $52... It has been nearly a week and I still have a $75 pending transaction on my account. Why do you need to put a $75 hold on my funds when the $52 purchase has already went through?
Jacob had this place looking SPOTLESS!!!!! The cleanest gas station on I-70!!!
Very friendly customer service, clean, and super amazing to work there. Stephan is a super awesome manager who cares for his staff and it's like a second family for me working there.
Cashier's are nice and friendly. Always seem happy and want to be there. The popcorn is the best!
