Normally great service, but today's visit was a bit of a nightmare. I came in for a pizza around 2p and stood around waiting for over 20 minutes because the guy who's normally in the kitchen was on the register, and customers kept coming up - he couldn't step away. I thought they normally kept someone at the register so he could be in the kitchen. He was polite and apologized, but I'm headed to Pizza Hut.
I've stopped here about a dozen times to grab breakfast on my way to Breckinridge. I think they had their hot food once. I can stop anywhere for gas. I go to Kum & Go for their breakfast sandwiches. If you are planning on driving from Denver area and want to stop at a Kum & Go on the way to grab some grub on your way to a resort, stop at the one in Idaho Springs. They serve less excuses
So far, we have really been relieved and happy about the experiences there. We appreciate the Kum N Go chain greatly also, in other locations! We always appreciate the roominess and versatility of the gasoline areas, and the roominess inside as well as other good things like tea and lemon!
Restrooms were pretty bad. But primarily, the gal at the sandwich center was just rude about being asked to come up front and assist us. Slamming things around and acting like it was a huge hassle.. maybe she was having an off day but if you’re in customer service, an off day isn’t a good excuse to be outright rude and hostile. Thank goodness the clerk up front seemed like a good person..
Getting gas and went to ypu reatroom and attendant stated unless i want to clean them personaly they were closed. I thought that this behavior was very rude and lazy!!!!
