Everyone has always been helpful. With all the questions I have asked over the 15+ years of doing business with them, I have always been given the help I needed.

The clerks have always been helpful and nice. They have alot of rude people to deal with unfortunately.

Have nothing but positive reviews for this place. The few times I have gone in, they have been pleasant, respectful, and professional. I have never been in there longer than 10 minutes.nnThe woman behind the counter herself is very professional and courteous each time. She even assisted me in getting what I required in order to get my name on the title. Very patient, friendly, and helpful lady!

Horrible experience I have lived in Bailey for a very long time and before this influx of new people I would say I have been treated fairly. I came here to register my car as I have done plenty of Times before. I called before coming in to see exactly what I needed and I was told as long as I had received my notice in the mail that was all I need and identification. Thank goodness I had went home to grab a piece of mail just in case. I went in and they were startled to see me as I am a person of color they immediately asked for proof of residence after I had provided them with the notice which had my Bailey address on it, which is considered proof of address and is the notice that she had previously said was sufficient. I gave her a piece of mail with the notice and she told me I must have my driver's license changed as the address on the registration must match my license within 30 days.(keep in mind I have 2 addresses and I honestly never heard of this)Worst part of it all is my tags expired yesterday Nov.30, which I made sure to get done yesterday to avoid be pulled over and they provided me with my tags without the month sticker, so I am at risk for being pulled over regardless. They are closed on Fridays and the weekend. I am highly disappointed! Had they been focused on the purpose of why I came versus focusing on me being a person a color in the beautiful town of Bailey, there wouldn't be receiving a negative review and I wouldn't be driving without a month sticker for my plates; which again puts me at risk for being pulled over. Another disturbing thing was there was a woman right next to me who didn't have any proof of address she just had word of mouth, her driver's license didn't have a Bailey address she told her to put the new address in Bailey on the back of her license and they looked up the address she provided on the system(again without proof ) and they told her it was vacant land. She told them a home was being built but it was her parents(which did not have her name)but she could get their development paperwork- the lady at the desk didn't explain to her that it must prove that she lives there in which her name must be on it- the lady at the desk instead told her to ask her parents for the paperwork and that it would be sufficient. The woman stated since it's her parents it would be hard to get it but her tags expires today and she needs her tags today - the front desk lady called around to see what she could do to assist her- mind you I had my notice which was sent from them present and was still asked for additional proof; and in still driving with improper tags because they didn't give me a month sticker. This lady was giving an address on vacant land with no proof, with no paperwork and she received so much assistance- If you are a person of color be prepared for the stares and they mockery and lack of thorough assistance. It's a sad world we live in!

Could not be more disappointed. I just wanted to know where I can pay my water bill in this stupid town and she gave me a phone number that no one responds to, and the address to the Rock and Crystal shop that apparently used to be the water station.
