Best experience I've had at a shop in years. Took my jeep in with a flat and they had it fixed in minutes. Spoke to two different individuals behind the counter (one when I dropped off and one when I picked up) and both of them were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I will definitely be back again, and would highly recommend their services.

I truly appreciated how Miguel and Edwardo handled the situation with my wife's car today. I took the vehicle in because one of the tires was losing air. They ended up not charging me because the valve simply needed to be tightened and they didn't think it would be fair. I'm grateful for their honesty and customer service and will surely go back next time I need some car work when I'm in Summit County.

We come to the mountains, from Denver, every single weekend from fall through winter and spring. I’ve never had a problem with my car until last weekend, my oil light started flashing. I was hesitant to go anywhere because I didn’t have a lot of time to stop. I chose Big O because of their good reputation but I was still a little hesitant because I haven’t been to the big O in Frisco before. The staff was very friendly and professional. I explained my problem. They added a quart of oil to my car at no charge! I was out of there in 15 minutes at the most. They saved the day- I got to where I needed to be, we had a great time and I got home with no additional issues at all! Big O in Frisco is now my “Go to” place for car issues in the mountains. They do a lot more than sell you tires. I strongly recommend the Big O In Frisco CO! It’s nice to know that I have a trusted place for car issues when I’m in the mountains. Thanks Big O!
