I've been living in one of the communities they manage for a month and a half now and still don't have an account or trash bins, and my fence is still busted from the wind storm. I was informed by FCS that they would be taking care of all these things. They still don't have any indication of my house being in the community or have procured the documents they need to get my account set up for service. 45 days of making trips to the local dump is getting old.

Just wanted to thank Ben banks for assisting me with my fencing approval. In most hoa's I've lived at this would be like pulling teeth, but he walked me through my portal setup and now I will have my new fence up this week! Thanks again mr banks. You have changed my view on property management. I hope they are all like you

I had a few questions about setting up auto-pay. Vic made it SUPER easy for me. She gave me all my options and forms. She was very friendly and helpful!

This is the second management company I've had the chance to with work with. FCS is far better than the first. They are good at getting maintenance requests in. I haven't called into the office, but I've heard it is less than thrilling to have to do so. Our manager is good at making it to all meetings, prepared with all necessary paperwork. He is a professional. Whole I feel they could do a little more, they are definitely satisfactory as a management company.

We had some changes in our FCS contacts this year in our community and had some very rough months. When we called and voiced our concerns to FCS, they immediately stepped up and made changes to make sure we were taken care. Scott and Suzanne have been great. They show up to meetings prepared with our financials and can answer our questions.
