I went for getting covid vaccine and reached 15 mins before my time slot, still had to wait almost 2 hours before I could get my vaccine. Staff is so slow and does not care about the time. Be prepared to stand for 1-2 hours at the pharmacy to get vaccine.

Every time I interact with this pharmacy, it's a whole ordeal. Whether you're on the phone, in person, or in the drive-thru it will take at least 30 minutes for someone to help you. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but you have to clear a ton of time in your schedule just to go pick up a prescription. The line is always super long, and it takes like 10 minutes per person. There have been a few times I was the only person standing in line, and someone has literally looked at me and kept doing what they were doing without saying anything, just leaving me standing there for a while waiting for someone to help me. I've been in the drive-thru line 5 times, only made it to the front once (because I wasn't willing to sit and wait 45 minutes without moving in line), and that was when I went right after they opened and was the only one in line, and still had to sit there for 10 minutes before someone helped me. Go to Walgreens, they're so much faster.

Completely incompetent.nnMy doctor sent in a script 4 days ago, the next day I called and told me they had it and would be ready in an hour.nnAfter waiting 30 min in line after work the next day to pick it up they said my doctor declined it.nnCalled my doctor today and they said it was sent in 4 days ago and was all good and they never declined anything.nnBoth my doctor's office and myself tried to call them all day to get things figured out, for 8 hours solid even the doctor calls were going to voice-mail.nnFinally called me back at 5 till closing and left a msg with no information.

They never fill prescriptions when they’re supposed to, they’re always filled late or still being filled when you arrive (on time) to pick them up, and their customer service is laughable. I recently called and was put on hold until the machine sent me to voicemail, and then was yet again put on hold for another 5+ minutes. Yikes, guys.

Compared to other locations, the staff at this pharmacy are the BEST! Always helpful, friendly, and quick service. I made the mistake of using another location and will NOT make that mistake again.
