11/20/2017 - See updated review for 11/13/2020......What was - Great staff, always there to help! Super clean. The best popcorn in South East Suburban Denver! We look forward to going to the movies there every Tuesday, as we have for years.nn11/13/2020 - How times change.... This theater went from a 5 star review several years ago to less than a 1 star review today. Management has changed. The new manager, Matt Tomkowicz, is not what the prior GM was at all. This guy needs some people skill training. He is rude, combative and should not be in a management position. He gave me an AMC phone number to call to get a premier card updated, the number had been disconnected. I ask him a half dozen basic questions anything from ticket prices to general AMC contact information. All wrong answers! I'll miss going to the movies there and I'll miss the best popcorn in town. It was great! I was there with my grandchildren, their parents and a few others! The movie was good! I apologize, our youngest grandchild made a mess with the popcorn. We did report it.
Took my residents to the movies, and there was an incident and there staff ran to grab our staff to assist. Very warm and friendly environment. Residents can't wait to go back again soon they had a blast.
Not quite sure who the manager was (pretty sure his name was Matt) but he was very rude. Not only did he make my experience bad but he was clearly being aggravating towards his employees. As someone who used to work in customer service I was disappointed to see and will not be returning unless he is disciplined and or terminated for what he was saying.
Great to be back at movies. This place is nice and clean. Staff very nice.
