From the time you are greeted until you leave, you will feel special here. The location is gorgeous, with lots of windows and mountain views. The art placed around the building is playful and tasteful. I have always (over 20 years) loved everything about Kaiser. My family has had everything from major surgery to dealing with my adult son with autism. Top notch.

Meg in imaging (ultrasound) is more than exceptional at what she does! She was so gentle/ caring and compassionate with my mother.nThis is rare anymore in healthcare, this is why it means so much to me.nMeg has a warmth that she executes along with her caring, and efficient skills.

We are so grateful for the Lone Tree Kaiser facility. it is much easier to get to than having to go downtown every time. From the time we walk through the doors and are greeted by the temperature-takers, those helping at the kiosks or desks, any receptionists, all the medical staff -- and Willie, who helps patients get around, we always feel safe, welcomed and cared for.

Political opinions aside, if they ever adopt a national health care system in America they ought to just graft Kaiser Permanente onto the whole system. Not gold plated, not bargain basement, they’re like a small town high school that welcomes all comers from all walks of life and provides a decent education, only here it’s medical care. Just had my first COVID shot and it was a 10 minute process that ran like a well oiled machine. Hats off the front line health care workers at KP and the managers who made this experience a good one.

The pharmacy is not run very well and the employees are not trained very well. There are two lines to obtain prescriptions. A check-in line and a pick-up line. After checking in to the check-in line I was instructed to wait until my name was called. As I was waiting, I saw three pharmacists fulfill the prescriptions. It appeared to me that my prescription was placed into a bin and was ready. However, the clerk would only serve the people in the pick-up line. I waited for 20 minutes, seeing one person after another go to the pick-up line and obtain their medicine. I decided not to wait any longer and got in the line. When i was next and gave my information to the clerk, she pulled my prescription right out of the bin where it was sitting for over 15 minutes. For some reason, it didn't dawn on her to call out the names of people waiting for their prescription. My name never appeared on the sign that notifies people their prescriptions are ready..
