I will definitely be recommending Matt to everyone I know. We could not be happier with selling our home with Matt. He is what every realtor should be. Matt was always quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had. He removed all the stress we had with selling our home as we were starting to build our next. With so much going on we were so happy we had Matt. He helped get our home listed in less then a week. Once it was listed he was calling his connections to show the home. Because of his connections we had multiple offers to choose from. Although Matt was doing all of the footwork I still felt like I was in complete control with the decision making. He kept us informed with everything and presented our options clearly.

From the very beginning, Matt told us “My goal is to not let you stress, that’s my job”. That is the motto Matt used throughout the entire process of selling our old home and buying our new one. When we had questions, Matt responded almost immediately no matter what time of day or night. Matt stayed in contact with everyone involved including the other realtor, lender, title company, and home builder so he always had answers. Matt truly cared and took pride in ensuring we were happy throughout the process and worked hard to ensure timeline matched up to our needs. Matt has earned the respect of not only our realtor, but Now our friend.

Matt was a great resource. His experience in rental units make him a great source for first time investors like my wife and I. he was humble, patient, upfront, and trustworthy. Really enjoyed Matt and would recommend him!

He alway went up and beyond his calling! He was like a friend and he helped out on his days off. He did his best do help me get my money worth. He helped not just on my house he helped me with flooring on my house also gave me his connections on vehicles and parts for vehicles! He’s a friend that is highly valued he’s almost family now!! He was recommended buy a friend and I would recommend him to anyone that wants a good deal and wants to be treated like family!! Thanks Matt for making this single dad dreams come true!! Thanks Josh

Matt was excellent. If there was 6 stars or above we would give it. Matt helped us in so many ways as this was our first home to sell. He lined up a contractor as we wanted our basement finished before selling. Also matt helped us with using a trailer to even parking our RV so as to present home. Matt we feel went way above helping us out . His professionalism and answering text messages quickly whenever we had a question was greatly appreciated. You will not be disappointed. Matt truly made our selling experience easy.
