Everyone was so nice. They listened to our concerns, and made a plan we could all agree on. The cleaning was through. Honestly it’s the best cleaning I have ever had. I think we found the perfect dentist office. Jessie, Ann, and the Doctor were amazing. Thank you so much.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Parsons and the whole team at Cottonwood Dental! LOVE! I didn't even know I could LOVE the dentist's office, but I stand firmly corrected. They are so nice, so fun, excellent pricing structure and membership if you don't have dental insurance. I think the whole time I was there I was laughing or smiling while getting my teeth cleaned?! Gorgeous practice, but like any really great business, it's the people that will leave a mark on your heart. I recommend this practice to anyone from a huge family, to just one person like me.

I’d definitely not recommend going here for two reasons:n1.Disorganized/dishonest billingn2.Bad/Painful dental worknnMy experience contradicts the mostly positive reviews cottonwood has received.nnWhen I scheduled my first visit, I checked to insure Cottonwood accepted my insurance. I was told they did. Upon completion of the appointment in January, I asked that they complete the billing process in the next couple of weeks because my insurance was changing. They said that would not be a problem. Earlier this week, over 5 months later and after 4-5 calls, they finally competed the billing and now say that they do not accept my insurance. My bill is over $1100 for a cleaning after having been told insurance would cover it. The bill is a mess with hand written notes and contradictory charges.nnWith Cottonwood, I had a cleaning done and a night guard ordered. The night guard was made incorrectly the first time due to a bad mold so I had to have a second mold made. After going back once again the night guard still does not fit and I cannot use it (it cost over $600). Secondly, the cleaning was the most painful I’ve had and my gums were a mess afterward with visible scaring. The hygienist complained multiple times that this was taking too long (it was my first cleaning in a couple years) so I guess she didn’t have time to make sure she didn’t shred up my gums. She said my gums were “getting a work out”.nnAgain, I would really make sure not to go here. They seem like nice people though! Really wish I could recommend their practice.
