You could have opened earlier to in-person customer service. It took 15 days for me to get my plates during the time libraries, schools, and restaurants were open. Now, you’re finally open to limited hours. Obviously you really don’t like dealing with the public.

I called in with a question and through speaking with Kari who is very kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable I not only got my question answered but also got answers to a few questions I didn't even know I had. This DMV has been the best and easiest to deal with for many years and questions I have they are the ones i call or go see. Its employees like Kari that make a service I don't enjoy ( who are we kidding no one like renewals or fees.) fantastic.
