My first experience with Nature Box Pet was the first week of their opening. My experience today was so much better than where they started, I think. I'm thankful there's a place I want to support again.
Such a reasonably priced, well-stocked store with a great selection of products! Friendly staff and beautiful animals to admire while you shop. I will definitely be back soon!
The costumer service was AWESOME! The staff here is so friendly. They assembled and then disassembled a cage for me with no trouble at all! Also the animals they have to look at while you’re waiting to check out are super cute. Win win!
The shop is kind of small, but the staff makes up for it. Also the selection. I've searched all over for a buddy to my current ferret. I found him there. I paid for my new ferret and before I left they said he should get his nails trimmed, yes after I paid. I'll definitely remember how professional and caring this store was, #they hit 11
Employees have great knowledge but the selections is very slim. I assume it's because they don't over stock and plan their sales in advance. Not a place for a same day pet, but great to get ideas and place a reservation.
