This petsmart is always so clean and I'm always greeted the minute I walk through the door. People are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they are always out of product. So I either have to wait for new or go to another store. I think it's because they are popular and run fast.

I usually wouldn't give PetSmart a five stars but in this case Jackson is so awesome that I had to leave five stars. Also I forgot her name but when we go and have reptile questions there's always a girl that is able to help us, you're awesome as well.

Last time I was here there were 3 people not wearing masks. Unacceptable. Doesn't help that the cashier was not friendly at all and said something rude under his breathe for no reason. The cashiers are usually super friendly and nice.

Patient helpful staff. They also have a good selection of tropical fish. My daughter made her first purchase, and the cashier was nice as my daughter slowly counted out the money.

This store is always great to come to with the kids. Only issue i have is they have been out of the dog food we use forever, so I have to continue to by from their competitor on line.
