Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

I shopped in vain around the Santa Clara area for a tub refinisher...got NO response from anyone until I found Miracle Method.nThey delivered on time, were up front with the pricing and their technician, Javier was outstanding. the spa tub looks BETTER THAN NEW and is so high gloss, I though that there was water in it when I first looked at it! Incredible! I'd use Miracle method again in a second, they are SUPERB!

My bathtub has been really gross for the last few years. I've tried just about every cleaning product and home remedy I could get my hands on trying to make it look better. One day in a fit of frustration I started doing online research into buying a new bathtub --knowing full well that I probably wasn't going to actually do that. Once I started doing that thought I started getting ads for Miracle Method. I sent them an email for a quote and they got back to me right away.nnA technician, Alex, was able to show up a few days later and he did such an incredible job. He was also insanely friendly and professional!nnI can not even begin to describe just how happy I am with this service! My tub looks so much better!!

While we are already Miracle Method fans due to the transformation done previously making old discolored tile and grout look clean, updated, fresh and more contemporary in color and finish, this note is sent to express our sincere appreciation for Jerry who did an exemplary job refinishing the hall bath tub and old cultured marble shower at our home.nnThe aesthetic and usability transformations are astounding. Jerry does a superior job. He is professional. He fully communicates, concisely explains the process along with providing an expected schedule. He simply does amazing work. We will of course, request Jerry again.

Based on recommendation from a work colleague, we engaged the services of Miracle Method this past summer (2020) and we're very pleased with the outcomes. We had them do two jobs, one outside and two inside. Outside, they resurfaced the patio with the finer granular Driftwood finish of the polyurea coating. After it cured, it looked and felt great! It was pretty smooth and I was impressed how cool the surface was to the touch despite hot weather. Although a bit of the epoxy sprinkled onto the patio door window and screen, the lead technician, Jose removed it with no issues.nJose also did excellent job with our leaking downstairs shower. We determined that it was leaking through the base, so Jose re-grouted the tile flooring, laid a special seal before applying the MM products. The results were better than before! Not only was the leak sealed, the shower pan was smooth under-foot. No longer were tiny rough tile edges scraping on your feet!nFinally, Jose also resurfaced the master shower and jet tub. The tiles as well as the jet tub were in good condition but the jets, buttons, etc. were no longer white, but aged- looking. Once more, shower and tub looked like new (covering up dated pink tile) after using natural accents called White Sands. A couple flaws appeared during curing process, so we called the office and Christine arranged for Jose to return and repair.nOverall, very pleased with the results and materials and Jose's professional workmanship. Wished we had done sooner!

Our bathtub got a crack. Requested an estimate on Sunday, got a reply on Monday morning, scheduled an appointment on Thursday. Tech guy named Jose came on time, he is never late for the appointments. He is very nice guy and he's done very good job. Our bathtub is fixed on Saturday, just less than a week since it cracked. Nice company and nice people. Will definitely do business again. Highly recommend!
