It's seen better days. Management could almost be considered neglectful of the property.
Sweetwater Lodge located in Spring Valley, CA is one of the worst places to live, because there are very bad Landlord's renting there especially between house spaces #150 to #159. There are criminal's barricading themselves in the house's there continuously, so the Sheriffs Department is on the lookout for criminal's there. Plus, many Landlords are very messy at Sweetwater Lodge, because they never clean up. Sweetwater Lodge is not safe for kids due to the illegal activity. Most people would not want to live at Sweetwater Lodge 10707 Jamacha BLVD Spring Valley, CA 91978 VERY BAD BAD BAD PLACE! STAY AWAY!

Good nice house! Nice pools! Has 2 pool areas one in the entrance and then next to the park there’s another pool area! It’s amazing
