I am a current patient at the Chula Vista office and heard about the new location they are opening closer to my house. If it’s anything like the Chula Vista office, i guarantee it will be great! I have been to them multiple times for several ailments (back, knee, and neck). Every time they do a great job fixing me and helping me resume life!! Can’t tell you how thankful I was to find them. Awesome, friendly people! Thanks again for the team at PPP, you all are the best!!

Performance Plus Physical Therapy by far, provides the best physical therapy services in San Diego. Not only do I refer all of my family, friends, and clients to PPPT, I've also had physical therapy for myself at both their locations (Chula Vista and Imperial Beach) and now this new location to serve more people and communities. The level of care and attention to detail at each location with a staff that's highly knowledgable and caring and each with each facility that's spacious, airy, clean, full of light and a feel good vibe is one that makes me look forward to going to my PT sessions. Thank you Todd, to you and your entire PPPT staff for all you do - you're the best!
