Wanted ship a package and lady at the counter would not make an address label. Something the self-service could do but it was down. She still refused. Worst customer service
More than once cash was sent to someone from a customer living in la mesa, to another customer living in la mesa and cash was stolen , card taped up by post office.There is a thief in La mesa post office!
I’ve had a PO Box here for YEARS.... was so disappointed that they recently stopped the 24 hour open door access to the loby area. I understand it’s because of the homeless people who have been sleeping inside at night but couldn’t you have just brought in security or somehow given those of us with keys to boxes a way to get our mail? Now I have to come during business hours and it’s hard for me to do so. May have to consider a new option and leave this place.
The phone service sucks no one to talk to no live person
You guys are heartless breaking my items ! Im making a complaint who is throwing packages in the trucks ??? Im reporting this to the management i have a broken item because of the carlessness of your employees! I have photos of my broken item !
