Customer service skills. Nil. Turned in a winning lottery scratcher ticket . She made me scratch off the numbers and proceeded to complain about having to manually punch in so many numbers because the bar code was damaged. Then she told me that I could not just buy something without spending all the winnings which ended up to be $0.12 over in which I had to go back out to my car to get a quarter to cover it the whole ordeal took about 10 minutes .there was nobody else in the store.
Owners are Wonder people they are center in a Good Spot. Broadway and the corner of Massachusetts by the Walgreens
Rock liquor love this place kinda small but has everything your looking for!
The owners of this establishment with here so we could have a little discussion. I noticed before I came in they were to customers they came in-and-out of the liquor store and didn't wear mask so I waited until they left the store before I entered in. After I paid for my item I asked why don't they request everyone to wear mask and the lady stated that she has signs posted and pointed to where they're right so I suggested that she should have it at the front door. Inside the store is after the fact and then she said she was going to be getting some more signs to put up at the front of the store. So now the guy chimes in and says hes not the police so he can't force anyone to wear the mask and if he tries to tell them not to come in even trying to stop them there can be an altercation which is not needed. Also those people can cause some harm even later and they don't want that. These owners are so very nice and I myself would not want any harm to them or their store. I hope this pandemic gets over sooner than later because of the republicans definite don't want to wear mass and they don't believe in this virus which is causing so much problems and his hard for this city the county the whole country to get over this if they don't want to call operate with the professionals in the medical field.
This is a 5 star Liquor store. Rock and his son are top notch business people. I enjoy shopping there as personally they are great people and are genuinely concerned about the community. Super Store,super people!!!
