This mom and pop shop is awesome! Customer service from Suzy was outstanding, she fixed my mom's clasps on her chain and cleaned the chain and my mom's crosses. My mom loved the work they did to make her chain sturdier. I highly recommend this place, I will be using this place everytime for purchases and getting jewelry fixed.
I went in to buy an anniversary ring on their grand opening day. The owner took his time to show me different rings and stones that he could use to make a custom ring. After we found the ring I wanted he told me to go home and sleep on it. Not pushy and that sincerity made me want to buy the ring on the spot. This is my new jeweler.
I must say, and I mean this Jonathan and Suzy are the best jewelers I have ever met. They set the standard high for other jewelers. They will put the work in to make your consumer experience as quick, and as quality as they can. They are true masters. They opened a store recently at 6193 Lake Murray Blvrd In La Mesa California. I can’t stress enough how excellent their service is.
I purchased an amazing pair of earrings from Jon. He was extremely helpful and pleasure to work with. My earrings came beautifully presented and custom wrapped. These guys really care and have passion for what they do! And it shows!! Highly highly recommend!!
