I casually stumbled into Jewelry Loft to see if they might be able to tighten the stone on my engagement ring and give it a quick polish, which they did in house, under 5 minutes! Juan and his colleague were professional and kind, and the jeweler did a great job tending to my rings! I had an experience above and beyond what I expected on this quick visit, but it was certainly enough for me to be impressed. Since I had such a positive experience, I have decided to use their services from now on for my wedding set upkeep and other jewelry needs! Thank you so much :)

When my husband proposed to me a decade ago he got me a ring from one of “those” stores that start with letter Z. The ring was what he could afford at that time. It was a square cut diamond with very sharp prongs that I could not wear because it was constantly scratching my kids. The store that I bought my ring from was not willing to fix the issue only advice from them was that I can upgrade to a new ring and pay double the value. So I settled on not wearing my engagement ring just my wedding band. One day I found Jewelry Loft in Grossmont center. When I walked in I was greeted by Yuliya. I explained to her my situation and showed her my engagement ring that I could not wear. But while talking to her I saw a ring under the glass. It was stunning, exactly the ring I was dreaming about. To make the story short Yuliya offered to buy my ring from me. The price she gave me was very competitive and I agreed to it. All I had to do is pay the difference in price and the ring of my dreams was on my finger. I didn’t have to pay double as it was suggested by the Z place. Jewelry Loft is now the only jewelry store that I go to anytime I want to purchase something. They are honest and will go out of their way to satisfy their customers.

Jewelry Loft is the only jewelry store that I would recommend for anyone. Their customer service is exceptional. My husband custom designed my engagement ring with Yuliya and Juan. From the setting to the actual stone, they provided him with different options until he found what he was looking for. I could not be more happier with my ring. They have helped me resize my ring without any problems through the years and they are our go to spot for all our jewelry.
