Kanara was very nice and polite. She provide water and snacks while I was there. She took her time explaining the insurance plans on the items I bought there. She also gave me tips on how to keep my items clean. I will definitely go back in the future to purchase my next jewelry there because of her.

Sales girl said that they wouldn't be able to size my ring because of the stone. I left and went to a local mom and pop jeweler around the corner, and they were able to size my ring with no problems. I don't recommend this place because they don't seem to know anything about jewelry.
