I have used this company for years. They serviced my last home and now they service my current home and a commercial building of ours. They are on time, responsive, professional and honest. The owner truly cares about their employees and their clients. Such good people!!!! If you are looking for more than a good price, stop here. This is a quality company with quality people. Excellent customer service. We've had our house sprayed for ants for over 10 years and we've never had a problem. Our technician Robert always responds to our requests quickly and consistently. And their support team is very helpful. Highly recommended!
I called American searching for help when I misunderstood how my current company was dealing with my problem. Even though I am not a client Tamara spent a great deal of time researching and talking with me about the issue. She even connected with Thrasher Pest....my contracted company....and they worked together to come up with an answer. Tamara identified a probable pest coming from my trees that I can now deal with. I am so impressed with both of these companies and their efforts to help.....especially Tamara and the time she spent helping someone who was not even a client. Thank You!
Better rate than others I checked, plus they gave a discount for finding them on yelp. My only wish, was that the tech would have told me exactly where he was going to spray, I had the throw out some herbs I had because they got sprayed. But the ants are gone!
I absolutely love American Pest Control. They have great customer service. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been taking care of the pest control where I live and are great at it. My neighbors and I have never had any problems. They recently did a fumingation for termites at my complex. Everything we had to do was clearly explained to us. One of the girls from the office brought me extra fume bags to put food in after she was off for the day. The people at American Pest Control really went above and beyond for me and my neighbors. I would highly recommend them.
