Thieves and dirtbags, robbed our apartment complex blind after fumigation. This overweight lady at the front desk who said she was in charge was embarrassingly gross and trying to explain how she has no responsibility for anything that happened, literally tripping over herself in lies. Spoke to the fumigatior who was completely incompetent and stuttering non- stop in trying to explain he was “innocent”. The place was tented and completely shut off from outside interaction, except for the workers. We come back 2 and a half days later; no slashed screens, broken windows, kicked in doors, nothing. It was was if someone had the front key and walked right in, which is exactly what they did and completely robbed any valuables in the open. They were given a key from a lock box in order to fumigate. Complete and utter dirtbags, legal trouble lies ahead for these morons.

If I could give them a negative-100 stars I would. I was told it was my HOA's idea to fumigate and tent the entire complex. My day turned into a nightmare when I came home today. My 55' Samsung Smart TV, Alexia, my son's X-Box, his games, and many more valuables were stolen! I feel violated! My personal belongings were touched by a thief. No sign of a force entry anywhere. There are no broken windows. This was definitely an inside job! The ONLY ones who had access to my key was the condo complex neighbors which are all great people of integrity and the fumigation compan . One can say it was perhaps a neighbor but noooo. How do I know this, because of 2 reasons, my other neighbor also had items stolen and his key was in a locked boxed!!!! Yes, a box with a code. No one had his lockbox combination but the fumigation company!!!! 1 plus 1=2. They are thieves!!!! I am going to pray judgment on these thieves.

I had rats in and around my home, called Pete Paniagua. They came out got the job done fast and efficiently. No longer have rats.ud83dudc4dnnHighly recommend and it's great to support a family owned business.

This team was flexible and accommodating during a tight escrow timeframe. I was pleased they put the customer first. They left no trace of fumigation. Happy customers.
