I had them fumigate my home and shortly after I discovered more termites while doing construction. I called them and ofcourse they told me the warranty had expired days after a year. Dont waste your money .

Do not use them! After 16 years with terminix they set up a call center. You can not do anything and complaints get you put on hold or hung up on.

Extremely bad and sketchy service. They fumigated my house for termites and wrecked my new floor. When I came back and called them on it, they gave me the run-around for 3 months and then told me they weren't going to do anything about it. I'm canceling all my services with Terminix and moving over to their competition. I recommend you do the same.
