Recently, we scheduled a cruise with Chris after having been “in dry dock” so to speak, due to the pandemic. Once again he put together a great cruise for us, this one to Europe for March of 2022. We have used Chris for several cruises and each time he has been extremely professional. We appreciate his full detail and attention to our trips, especially the real nice welcome aboard gifts of chocolate strawberries for each voyage. I just happened to see a review that was extremely unfavorable to Chris’s business and just can’t understand how anybody could have written such a review. We have had to cancel two other trips to Europe for various reasons, one being the pandemic, and Chris was extremely helpful In a obtaining our refund in a prompt and timely manner. I don’t know what could have prompted that person to write such a review, but I assure that I place full confidence in Chris to arrange any and all of my future trips.

I have done business with Discover for several years. Chris and his team go above and beyond for everyone which is why their company was voted as the top Travel Agency within the whole Inland Empire. They specialize in cruises and tours with an expertise that is top notch! They have terrific industry contacts and have never steered me wrong. I have taken both cruise vacations and tours through Discover and will continue to do so for many years to come!

I booked an African trip with Mark on January 20. Gave a deposit of $500. Cancelled the trip on March 30. To this date of May 14 I have not received a refund. He has strung me along week after week. He is a thief and cannot be trusted. Do not use this company. They are partnered with Globus/Cosmos who processed my payment. Who will give you the run around. My advise is to run as fast as you can from these agencies

We have been using Discover Travel since 2003. Chris and his agents have been wonderful. Has always taken care of our entire trip plans. Their knowledge of the areas traveled and coordinating from flights to shuttles to hotels has been exceptional. Just scheduled another trip. Thank you Chris and Tina.
