Michael was amazing and helped solve my water heater situation promptly over the weekend. He was able to schedule technicians to come assess the situation, and they worked to resolve the issues in my Loma Linda home. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, kindness, conscientiousness, and willingness to help!
Technicians were on time, clean, courteous and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and inform me of things I didn't think/know to ask - and that was much appreciated. They had to remove all items under my kitchen sink and they were replace neatly - even better than I had them! and cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves! I'll use again if needed!!!
My go to plumber I had them come out as preventative maintenance checking my water pressure. Sure enough the regulator had gone bad they replaced it for me, working with my crazy schedule also!!! Great price great plumber great value!!!!
We bought our house one year ago and never had our tankless water heater yearly maintenance. So we called Pride plumbing and they scheduled us the upcoming Monday. Justin came out to check why my pipes are banging when the sprinklers shut off. He located the issue within minutes which was found to be a loose strap holding a pipe in my attic. He didn’t charge me a dime and in fact coached me how to repair it myself which was super helpful. I totally recommend Pride and want to say thank you to Justin personally as good and honest help is hard to find. Pride is awesome.
