Tonight we were truly satisfied with the service given by Nikki at chili’s. She was very sweet from the time we opened the door. She also brought our food all the way out to our vehicle instead of making us come back up. They are also working hard at being covid safe keeping everything sanitized and keeping people moving in and out at the right count. I highly recommend this chili’s location. The food was great as well! way to go chili’s team you guys rock!!!!!

In actuality, my son and I decided that our mother/son date for Valentine's day was not going to be risked at Chili's. After getting there and seeing their set up, we did not feel comfortable staying. Typically we enjoy the food from Chili's, I mean, it's standard processed chain-restaurant food, but we like it. The tables outside may have been 6 feet apart, but the chair were so close you would bump the person next to you if you pulled the chair out too far. It didn't feel safe during this social distancing time, so we didn't go.

I have been going to Chili’s for years and today watched the staff work hard to fulfill each order. Staff was friendly and working to get order out in timely manner however being short staffed, my curbside order was delivered about 30 minutes after. Additionally, I had to go inside to get my order and watched for several minutes as not a single person in the kitchen had a hair net nor gloves on while handling food. Was looking forward to my loaded mashed potatoes until I watched one of the ladies use her bare fingers and spoon to grab the toppings. This is not sanitary by any means nor acceptable. Love Chili’s but will not be going back to this location because of this.
