I had a pleasant experience at this particular location. My temporary case worker Cynthia was fantastic and rather resourceful. I do not like the fact that they inundate you with endless questions regarding your income and education. It is none of their business, we are all tax payers therefore in search of better futures. However, the resources they do provide are sufficient and up to par.

Someone needs to retrain Mrs. Zanders in etiquette and manners. Not only was her customer service skills useless but she was also very rude and in a hurry to just get off the phone. If she doesn't wish to help it's better off she doesnt pick up the phone.
