I tried several times to schedule an inspection for a project I was building. These people do not answer the phone. I guess they feel the public is not that important to them. The reason people work for the city is because they do not want to work hard and want a free ride on a pension plan. I will not continue to give my money to a government that has their head so far up it's a_ _ they forget who they work for.

My company has worked with Redlands Building and Safety for a number of years. The staff are friendly, easy to work with, and their application process for HVAC permits is very easy.

I have tried to contact them many times by phone without much success. Once in awhile I get a hold of someone and they say they will transfer me but never do. Basically you have to go in there to talk to them. Its really annoying.
