This is the most pleasant and efficient DMV I have ever been to. Very well organized. The staff has a great workspace flow. Even my daughter commented on how nicely the staff helps and compliments each other. Lines were easy to get through and we were in and out with no issues and no bad attitudes. Thank you Redlands DMV! 5 stars for sure!

My kid was taking her driver's test and one of the proctor had us turn the vehicle engine off which turned off the a/c.nNo explanation just do it.nIt was 4pm and hot.nWhy?nAuthoritarian issues I suppose.nSimple explanation would have been wonderful and easier to accept.nIf we refused would we have been told to leave?nI don't get it.

Was in & out quickly. Screen test, fill out forms, then inside, waited a few minutes for them to call my #, i.d. check, print, pay & out.nLots and lots of room inside.nVery quite indeed. Very nice and professional. That's an idea for future managers to consider. Quick, fast and out. Noise level, though of mind, good service.

I was in and out fast, customer service was great! Ronald was very helpful and informative. They are way more organized than any other DMV in the inland empire. I recommend going early in the morning, they all seem to be in a good mood!

GREAT JOB! IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! Only problem is we have to bring in another utility bill next week.
