I forgot to give a review from 2 months ago. I walked in super casual in sweats and a T shirt. I was looking for a pendant necklace for my 5ct gray spinel gemstone. And luckily one of the staff members was taking good care of me and gave many compliments about my gray spinel. After picking out my pendant necklace. I waited a week to be able to pick it up. Upon arrival. The pendant was in 14k gold. It looked stunning. You guys do amazing work. And I’ll be coming back again to get a 18k gold ring for my next gemstone. Thanks again !

These guys are superstars! I walked in with my boyfriend yesterday on a whim. We were dressed super casually, with paint splattered all over us from a paint job we were doing earlier, really rolled into this place looking like we didn’t have a dime to our name based on our appearance. I was fully expecting a Julia Robert’s Pretty Woman moment, and instead, Paul and Catherine S treated us like royalty. Took their time going through their selection of engagement rings and helped both me and my partner pick out favorites that we can customize. We’ll be going back next week to order. Love to support a local, family owned business, especially when it comes to such a big decision and purchase! To compare; we made the trek to brilliant earth in LA last week and had a horrible experience. Everything was ugly, customer service was terrible - no way I’m going back there. This is the place! Thanks guys!
