I grew up In east highland. Now that I’m a police officer in Phoenix and am getting married, I thought it would be nice to get something from my home town. I had my mother talk with Miguel and he gave us a cracked diamond without informing my mother. There was no receipt and no documentation of the transaction. I’ve been calling the store for weeks now and have made 2 trips here to talk with him to make it right. The store is closed while he told me personally he would be here. This is the most disgusting and disrespectful encounter with a business I have had and am trying to advise everyone I know so they don’t make the same mistake I did.
