We used Kristin to sell our house in Marshfield at the beginning of June. After meeting with multiple agents, we choose Kristin due to her strong knowledge of the local real estate market and how excited she really seemed to be listing our house. We listed during the middle of the COVID pandemic and Kristin did a fantastic job of setting up showings in a way that met best safety practices while still being efficient and getting as many prospective buyers in as possible. After a single weekend of showings, we had multiple offers and ended up selling for over asking price. Kristin was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and made sure everything ran smoothly. She made sure we knew when regulations changed in response to COVID so that nothing was missed and we were able to close easily and painlessly on time. We would definitely recommend working with Kristin if you’re selling your house in Marshfield.
