FORGET PIZZA HUT..THIS IS THE Best deal, great food.. awesome customer service. Have used the app twice to drive in & have order delivered to my car. Both times, ordered the 2 for 25 steak & appetizer & desert...was EXCELLENT. So many entree's to choose from, you won't be disappointed!!!

I ordered online so when I got home after taking the food out, the kid's meal side was placed on top of the Chick strips for my child. Why on earth would you put a container that has been on the counter at the restaurant with people touching the counter along with everything else on top of food that a child or someone is going to eat?? That is disgusting...I immediately threw it away and went back out to get my daughter more food. I couldn't believe it, if anything put the kid's side container in the bag with the other food. Other than that the rest of my food was fine but I won't be ordering anymore kid meals from here at anytime soon. I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon

Food was great, 3 for 10.00 menu was amazing. And granddaughter loved the grilled cheese, and ate an entire ear of corn. Said it was so juicy.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chili’s location. First off, I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and asked them to not add the chicken; I asked for them to add broccoli instead. They said “sorry, no substitutions, but we charge $1.99 for a side of broccoli.” Ok cool, that seems fair, but I’m trying not to judge this restaurant by the generosity that Every. Single. Other. Chili’s I’ve been to has given me. Literally every time I mention no chicken, the servers at other locations are so concerned and quickly offer a broccoli substitution. It makes me feel like they really care about my experience and the value I get for my money. This was actually the first time I asked for it. But never again. Secondly, it seems my order was prepared as an after fact because I found bits of chicken in the pasta. Who does that?? It wasn’t even that hot, so I’m guessing they probably took the chicken off of mine before sending it out to me and used it for some other dish. I usually like Chili’s but this experience was definitely subpar!
