Squared Construction put together a full-home renovation Bid and Scope of Work for me to take to a Lender and work through the approval process to get a renovation loan. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and totally cognizant of the time-sensitive nature of escrow. The loan required a few revisions, a thorough background check and a boat-load of paperwork, which Squared Construction eagerly complied with. I highly recommend Squared Construction for any major home renovation project as they are well-organized craftsmen capable of delivering above your expectations to create the home of your dreams.

The most striking thing about the Square D team is willingness and determination. With an “I can do that attitude.” Imagine having that on your side! Oliver and his coworkers listened. Another outstanding joy for me was their politeness and communication. I can see in their future business growing because of word-of-mouth recommendations.

In October of 2020, I hired Squared Construction / Oliver and team to build my master / en suite bathroom and walk in closet. It was my first time doing major construction with any contractors. Since I’m a newbie to working with contractors I relied heavily on Oliver and team to complete the project and also to learn more about the workings of the construction industry. We started like any partnership, close to the sleeves and cautious of each other. Over the 4+ months of working together, I learned a lot of the construction industry and understand the nature of the business. What i do know is, every person at Squared Construction is extremely dedicated to their crafts. Each with his own set of special skill Even though the project went longer than I expected, of course due to unforeseen delays because of COVId and the holidays season, I always felt they cared about the construction as much as I did. When I asked question about the process of the stage of construction, I felt assured that it was done hastily and without attention. Certain changes I requested were done without hesitation or additional charges because it was in realistic and in reason. If any changes I requested were beyond the scope of the work they would advise me how much additional cost it will be to the project which allow me to decide on the changes quickly. As the construction moved to use subcontractors, the approach was still as familiar as if Squared Construction team was doing the work. The subcontractors were an extension of Squared Construction and every subcontractors were dedicated to the work they specialized at. Certain delays were I preventable and were convey immediately which I appreciated since I was not always on site. Overall my first time at the rodeo was excellent and I will do addition construction project with Oliver and team. The tile work in my bathroom was exceptional!!

Oliver and his team did an amazing job on this remodel, Squared Construction will be my go to company on all up-and-coming projects. Thanks again
