I have had the privilege of working with Courtney at South Shore Diamond Exchange for a couple of BIG purchases over the past couple of years. She is Super Friendly and Knowledgeable. In fact everyone I have dealt with here has been fabulous.nThe store doesn’t feel like a Chain Store but has a Family Jewelry Store vibe. There’s an on site Jeweler working in the Window too.nI have had a few very old pieces fixed (1897 old!) and had my Engagement Ring Reset for our 30th Anniversary. It is exquisite!nI also had a pendant made that I had in my Mind’s Eye and it is PERFECT.nI can hardly wait to go back...I am sure I’ll think of something. :)nThank You Courtney !

I brought my Grandmother’s 3 stone diamond ring in to be evaluated. The platinum band was very thin and I was worried about the integrity of the prongs. The salesman was great. He checked out the ring and told me the center stone was loose. He recommended resetting the ring in white gold. I had the ring back in less than two weeks. It looks fabulous. I’m so happy to know that my Grandmother’s diamonds are now secure in a beautiful setting that matches her original ring!

I been saving up for some time now to get someone I truly love something special. I called the south shore exchange spoke to a very phone friendly gentleman. I told him what I have, and that I was looking for something nice for my wife of 29yrs. It wasn't much that I had, but the gentleman I spoke with Rob never made me feel like I was searching in the wrong place. Well I went there a few days after speaking to Rob. As soon as we met we hit it off. He then showed me some rings in the price range i was looking to spend. We looked at quite a few rings. He then took the time to search for what what I could afford for a few dollars more. But what he then brought out caught my eye. I feel it was one of the best deals I've ever made in 66yrs of being. My family and friends loved my choice and thought I payed double of what this ring cost. And their staff there are very friendly thank you for everything.

It was a pleasure doing business with Rob. He made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. As someone who’s indecisive, he had nothing but patience and kindness to help me choose the right settings, and I couldn’t be happier with how my ring turned out! I will definitely be coming here for all future fixes and purchases.

South Shore Diamond Exchange is an amazing place. I moved to Marshfield and I met with Rob Rose. I spoke to him in detail about my Father who suffers from Dementia, is in a Nursing Home, and was a Disabled Vietnam Veteran. He once had a beautiful solid gold signet ring that he had made when he lived in Ireland and met my Mother. It was my Family Crest O’Mahoney. It was promised to me by my Father and his Rolex to my brother. He sold the ring years ago struggling to pay our mortgage and bills for our home and to give us an education in Catholic school. My brother was given the Rolex. I never was able to get the ring. Mr. Rose was extremely sincere and genuine in our conversation when I explained how I wanted to remake the ring as it meant a whole lot to me especially with the state my Father is in. He designed and crafted a stunning masculine signet ring with my Family Crest embedded in the ring. It came out beautifully and has made me very happy. I will cherish this ring and will pass it down from generation’s to come as was intended from the original. Mr. Rose even offered a fair and honest price even though Gold is at it’s highest. I highly recommend South Shore Diamond Exchange. Their customer service, friendliness, and professionalism is above and beyond. Thank you Rob.
