From our 1st call to have a salesperson come to our home all the way until the installers left, we were so impressed. Our salesman, Mike, was personable, and was knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer our questions and understand our needs. Joanne was our contact in the office, and she was professional and sweet. A little blip with our install date was handled well and the install day was perfect. Our installers, Roger and Leo, were friendly, neat, and efficient. Roger was engaged with us through the day, making suggestions, and asking for our input. The came, they prepared and they left after cleaning up the area. All in all a smooth and efficient job well done.

We had a shower replacement done by Reinaldo and Lima from Bay State Luxury Bath today. It was a pleasure doing business with this company! From our salesperson Ed Hartnett to the office staff who called and confirmed all the details as well as scheduling our job more than a week early, we have been pleasantly surprised at the great job. Even their financing program was relatively painless. They are not inexpensive, but as with most things in life, you get what you pay for. We look forward to enjoying our new shower for many years. Thank you for the great experience. We can’t recommend this company too highly. The guys were here from 8:30am to 6:30 pm with no breaks! Great job!

If you are considering replacing your tub and tile look no further. The craftmanship and quality is unmatched here. This is gorgeous and affordable! Made of acrylic with microban not fiberglass that yellows & leaks after awhile. We are in AWE at the beauty. We've been waiting for a long time for better to come available and this is it!!!!! Gorgeous!!!! Good Housekeeping Mag is where I 1st saw it. Had the Good Housekeeping label right on the Bath Planet AD...which this Company handles. Thank you Jen.

We had Baystate Luxury Bath remodel all three of our bathrooms during this past year. One involved a conversion from tub to a walk in shower, and one was a complete remodel including floor, tub, vanity, sink and light fixtures. We were very pleased with the speed of the process (just one day for the tub/shower and one week for the complete bathroom remodel) and the quality of the product. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly and there were daily check-ins to make sure things were going smoothly. We would absolutely recommend Baystate Luxury Bath to others.
