We moved into a new rental property and discovered a mouse problem after two weeks. The landlord sent over a pest control person and two weeks later we were still having issues. We then had Waltham come out and they were fantastic in comparison. They were timely, professional, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They knew I was stressed about the issue so the manager who did the inspection came back out himself a couple of days later when the service technicians weren't available. Nick has been so patient with my many questions and everything he has explained feels honest and makes sense. He didn't patronize me at all during the process even though my fears and discomfort are slightly irrational. Can't say enough good things - highly recommended.

Nick was very professional throughout the whole process. He explained the trouble areas that he saw and the remedy that would take care of the issue (mostly ants and some other pests). He also noticed the mosquitoes and recommended a very affordable service to try to get rid of them. Looking forward to seeing the results!

I recently found a tick on my wifes leg after doing yard work. After a long struggle with lyme disease symptoms we decided we needed to do something. I found Waltham Pest Control and gave them a call. They explained to me in detail their procedure and I set up a day when they could come by. I received a conformation and when I got home from work Joe and Bennet were standing in my driveway. They were very pleasant and professional. Socially Distancing Joe greeted me and explained that the yard was complete. Not often in my experience do I find a company that their prices are compatible, employees professional, and do what they say. Thank you guys for your professionalism.
