Total Water will exceed your expectations, as this is a very well run business. We all know Culligan softeners are the best, so my review is how this company operates. I had a softener at one house for two years , then I moved. TW promptly, without any delays, moved it to my new house. After a storm, I had a minor glitch with my softener, called TW, and they set me up with an appointment and showed up at the exact preset time. In the end, their great service didn't really surprise me, because I do a lot of research before I do business and my research was spot on!

The service guys are great. They are friendly and professional. Any company will occasionally have flaws in their products, but how they handle that is what separates good companies from not so good companies.

We love having our water softener thru Total Water! The service has been impeccable for the nearly 20 years we've had them supply and service our equipment and deliver salt when needed. Every person we have ever dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

My experience with the Baraboo, Wisconsin Culligan office and entire staff has always been very positive and professional. The delivery staff are always polite, they will put the water bottles anywhere I asked, and frequently. will change the bottle on my cooler if I happen to run out the same day as delivery. Their office staff has always been very professional, always sound like they are happy to hear from me when I call, remember me as a client most importantly , and I would recommend this service to anyone who's looking for clean, fresh, and especially SAFE Water. I am a kidney cancer survivor, and because I now have only one kidney, Culligan water is the only water in my home that I drink and cook with for the past 7 years
