I waited for 40 minutes OUTSIDE of the optical bc of COVID rules! They didn't even offer me a chair! AND the receptionist didn't even cover my personal health information from another patient! I'M A HEALTHCARE WORKER AND COULD REPORT HER FOR BREAKING HIPAA! I just left - AT LEAST offer a chair or check in occasionally AND APOLOGIZE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED! Don't book so many patients if you're not staffed to care for your patients appropriately and professionaly! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AND LETTING EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE AT ALL COSTS! I don't need an apology - just treat your future patients with SOME DECENCY AND RESPECT!
Nice staff, knowledgeable doctor.nnOnly one person working, so it’s very challenging to get any information via the phone. Always a wait in person as well. I have called multiple times during various times of the day, and my calls are rarely answered. Follow up calls have also not been delivered.
Experience there was great. However, their misleading marketing practices are not. They will “schedule” follow up appointments and send email and SMS confirmation trying to make you believe that you did this. The emails don't stop and don't have an option to unsubscribe, which is shady. Again, good service and knowledgeable Doctor but difficult to trust because of this. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and patient! I had the most pleasant experience I've ever had at an eye care center. The doctor was really nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here for an eye exam, frames, and lenses!
