Jim is a true professional and extremely honest in his approach. My parents had a few bed bugs come back a second time (not unusual) and he quickly came out to address the issue at no charge and they have had no problem since then. Very knowledgeable specialist who tries to keep the cost reasonable.
A$$hat never showed up to an appointment. Don't let your room mate answer your phone either. Very unprofessional. Should have known something was wrong from the first greeting.
Jim was amazing! I researched a lot of companies before I hired someone to treat out bed bug problem and no one but Jim took the time to answer every question and make sure we felt comfortable with every step. Not only was he knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing but he was so nice. He made room in his schedule to treat our place and his prices were the best we saw. Also, when we needed a second treatment it was free because Jim offers the best guarantee of service of any company I saw.

From the beginning Jim has been great. He came to my house the same day and helped me with a major ant problem we had. And when I say major, I mean a MAJOR problem. He came back to the house a few times at no charge to help us out and I think we finally have the problem taken care of. I have now hired him to do monthly services for us as he is very reasonably priced and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Jim!
