I went here twice this week, for two different vehicles. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They listened to what was wrong, diagnosed the problem, and then fixed it in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable and they did not try to upsell their services. I will definitely return. There are good coupons in the Bucky Book too.

I do NOT recommend this place at all. I went because I knew I had a leak on one tire for sure, possibly two tires. They told me the wait to check my car would be an hour and I said that was fine. My car didn’t get checked for at least two hours, maybe more. Three and a half hours later I finally left the place, they supposedly fix the hole in the tire I told them about, they found nothing else. My car smelled strongly like cigarettes when it was given back to me. I don’t smoke at all, so that was 100% not me. By the next day, the low tire pressure diagnosis code appears in my dashboard AGAIN so I took it to a different place. They had to re do the tire this place had supposedly fixed. So, thanks for wasting almost 4 hours of my day, stink up my car and charge me for a poorly done service. Never again.

Trustworthy, honest, courteous. Always happy to explain what's going on with your car. They always seem to keep costs in mind as well. They once apologized for a quote and laid out plans for how to stagger the work and spread out the cost, and this was all before showing me the quote, which turned out to be about a third of what I expected to pay. Best shop I have ever been to!

Staff are friendly, helpful and services are reasonably priced. They don't try hard to push services other than what you come in for. One time they didn't have the correct tools to work on our diesel car , but they made another great recommendation of where we should take the car to get the work done. They are so easy to work with!

Seriously, I've been going to these guys for almost 20 years. They are competent and trustworthy. They are incredibly easy to do business with -- convenient, casual service. Their prices are always fair. These guys want to fix cars and serve people.
