One of my neighbors uses Lawn Doctor, and the last service Lawn Doctor applied was done in an unprofessional manner. There are pellets all over the sidewalk (305 Orchard Drive in Madison). Every square of the entire sidewalk in front of my neighbor’s house is covered in Lawn Doctor’s pellets. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to every person and dog that uses that stretch of sidewalk. The sign in my neighbor’s lawn says to keep off because pesticides were used. I hope the pellets we walk through aren’t harmful to people & pets. Lawn Doctor, please clean off the sidewalk after you apply chemicals.
I set up an account with Lawn Doctor of Madison for the 2021 year. Amy established our account and got right back with costs, options and services available. Good customer service. No lawn care has been provided yet, but will start in the spring of 2021.
Just finished our 1st full year with Lawn Doctor and we’re delighted with our experience.nOur lawn was in seriously bad shape with our previous service and they screwed up and did core aeration cutting wires for outdoor lighting and a robotic mower.nLooking forward to many years of partnership with Lawn Doctor for a great looking, barefoot pleasing, lawn.
I called Lawn Doctor to get some advice on lilac trees that were showing signs of distress. The local office was great! They contacted someone at the corporate office to get me more information on options that I can use to solve the problem. I really appreciated the extra effort that they put in to help me out!
