Great food. Excellent customer service. Every order tastes fresh and made to order. My kids are obsessed with the mac and cheese and chicken tenders. And the portions are HUGE so there’s enough for me to steal.

We’ve ordered several times through door dash, because my wife likes them, but they’ve screwed up every order. And it’s not the fault of door dash because these bags are stapled at the store. They forgot a chicken and waffles on our last order, so door dash refunded us and we re ordered just that and they shorted us tenders. Nothing special about this food. It’s disappointing because they specialize in chicken but they over cook everything, wings, tenders, sandwiches, all tough and dry. Zero consistency between orders, one can be drowning in sauce and the next has barely anything. I’m done getting my hopes up with this place.

Would not recommend. Cashier was rude. DO NOT ORDER TRADITIONAL WINGS. The wings took 20 minutes to come out and they tasted horrible! I am MAD at Mad Chicken.
