Where to start. I placed an order around 430 pm and got a alert that my food was ready for pickup at 530. Understandable it was a Friday night. When I went to go pick it up they did not have my order ready or the receipt printed out. So I waited 40 minutes to receive my order. When I got home it was the wrong order. My wife called and they made a new order. By the time it was all said and done we got our food at almost 8pm, This is absolutely craziness. I understand that it is a new restaurant and it has to work out its bugs, but that is a 3.5 hour wait for my food. On the plus side the manager was extremely apologetic and helpful.
Glad to have one here now. Very quick and efficient. Price to food ratio average. Sometimes a long line in drive thru but they move fast. Worth a visit.
So I go in at 7:30 Tonight. I place a 30 dollar order. They got to the last plate take and did not have enough for a portion size. They asked me to wait 5 min. I agreed. They then put my food out of the hot zone next to a ice bin. (Why would they not try to keep it warm) 20 min later I get my food cold. No apologies, not a single word. I got home with a starving family to eat cold food. What a waste, thank you for nothing!
I was super excited to hear that we'd be getting a location in Green Bay! I went through the drive thru and was super impressed by how quick the service was. The food is great ud83dudc4d
The place has a lot of food selection but it is not organized well. Total chaos behind the counter. I got a side in my bigger plates that I didn’t even order, the white rice was crunchy and under done. I know it is fairly new, but I expected better. About the only good thing is the honey sesame chicken flavor.
