The gentleman who came was friendly and polite and listened well. He did a fairly thorough job of spraying the inside of the home and explained what to do and expect afterward. He advised of the follow up visit in three weeks. No inspection was performed, so I will hold judgement until after the second visit.
10 out of 10 Stars! Had 2 other companies try and get rid of our bed bug problem and they both failed and actually made our situation worse at our retirement community. Josh and Curley not only fixed our problem but also helped us make some adjustments so that hopefully we won't have to deal with bed bug a again!
We are very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of Doug and the team we dealt with. We would recommend them to anyone.
Erdye's customer service is amazing! I called with a question about my bill and Mindy was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I was upset because I thought I had a credit on my account that I did not really have, but she got permission to refund me the amount I was expecting anyway. They go above and beyond and are extremely professional, compassionate and honest. The service was on time and thorough as well. Highly recommend Erdye's!
