Probably one of the better lots in RI. It's has all the things you would want in a parking lot. Dirt? Check. Small pebbles? Check. Designated handicapped parking spots? Hell no. Because we don't believe in segregation here in Rhode Island. Handicapped people can park anywhere they like, as can people without disabilities. This is an equal opportunity parking lot, just the way it should be. Back to what is included in the parking lots attributes... Grass is here too. Not too much, but not to little either. It's pretty much right in the Goldilocks Zone as far as grass is concerned. Also, no crimes to speak of, which is a quality you should always look for when seeking out good parking lots. All in all, this parking lot gets two thumbs up from this reviewer.
