Best customer service in the industry!!! The staff is very helpful in getting my family the right insurance for my home and my vehicles. Every year they look to see if they can save me money with another insurance they carry or find better rates with my current plan. Love them!!!

After dealing for many years with a national educator’s insurance company with a series of regional agents, we switched to Charland Insurance in 2012 for coverage of our home and cars. We have been very satisfied with the range of companies and coverages available through the agency and particularly impressed by the knowledge and personal service provided by the staff. It is reassuring to have an experienced advocate representing our interests to these large corporations.
