Hands down best antique shop in RI. My only qualm was that I didn't notice until I brought it home one of the rugs I purchased smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. Just a quick vacuum and it was as good as new
Had a lovely time whilst shopping here. Had a wonderful selection of Sultanabad rugs that had the authentic notes of Ameicsn Spirit tobacco that so many of us collectors look for. Also, if one for bargaining, are an elderly woman and dont mind having your dirty, white old lady sneakers insulted (so long as you have gusto) then this is the place for you. The proprietor, Nick is a stand up fellow. Don't be put off by his olive drab Cuban revolutionary garb, because he is one of the best in the business. Also, if you enjoy antique cars, he is the man to talk to. He specializes in 1970s BMWs (specifically Bavarias) and wont mind you visiting him on his dsy off to broach the subject in great detail.
great store, but when my elderly mother sold my grandpapa's rolex, he kicked her in the colostomy bag! he let me do it too though so it was ok.
